Request For A Price Quote.  Include any other details we may need to know to offer

you a quote.

 

3) WE OFFER A QUOTE VIA EMAIL or  BY PHONE. We prefer talking to you

in person.

 

4) WE WILL CONFIRM your reservation via telephone within one business day.

 

5) DOWNLOAD and FAX back the completed Credit Card Authorization Form

to (707) 463-1555.

 

6) YOUR INVOICE arrives within 7 days after booking.  We also make arrangements for

final payments 40-50 days prior to your date of departure. If you need an invoice faster,

we can fax you one at your request.

 

7) TRAVEL DOCUMENTS ARRIVE via Federal Express or U.S. Mail's Next Day

Service 7-14 days prior to departure.

 

8) REVIEW your documents for accuracy the minute that they arrive.  Make sure you

have proper citizenship ID as well if traveling outside of the U.S.
